The kernel, the servers, and the lab that makes Da Vinci (super stochastic intelligence and artificial random intelligence, after Judea Pearl and John Searle). It will be held by Cosin3 Ltd, wholly owned by MI6 Ltd; the company is being registered.

Cosine builds AI on causality: Da Vinci should know why something happens, not only what tends to come next.

    Causality. The ladder from seeing to doing to imagining, and the maths for asking what causes what, not only what goes with what.

    The Chinese room. Running the right program is not understanding, so Da Vinci is built to show its reasons, not to sound fluent.

    Causal AI in practice. Combining data from different places and experiments, and knowing when a finding carries over to somewhere new.
