One Coalescent

The Digital Proclamation

A constitution of digital sovereignty, called Moses, and the instrument by which One Coalescent is incorporated on the internet. Proclaimed at Ashford, Kent, on 31 October 2026.

The signed PDF

Preamble

Every person has rights over their data that they never use.

The institutions people leaned on, the school, the lawyer’s office, the library, the bank, have moved onto the internet, and the internet has no citizens: only users, with accounts owned by someone else. Everything a person has there, their words, their money, their name, their record, sits on another company’s machines under another company’s terms.

Artificial intelligence has made the old infrastructure of learning and advice close to free. The internet is now the institution. The law already grants rights over the data that lives there in most of the world; almost nobody exercises them, because exercising them means knowing the statute, writing the letter and tracking the clock.

This proclamation says what we are, where our authority comes from, what we build, and the rules we hold ourselves to in using those rights on citizens’ behalf. It is written to be checked: every statute, deadline, regulator and institution named in it is cited as it stood on 31 October 2026.

Part I

Digital Sovereignty

Digital sovereignty means a person owns what is theirs online and knows where it is. The scholars have the word already; we take it one level down.

The Chair in Digital Sovereignty at the Brussels School of Governance (Vrije Universiteit Brussel, jointly with the United Nations University Institute on Comparative Regional Integration Studies; lead researcher Jamal Shahin; 2021 to 2023) treats the meanings of sovereignty as emergent and divergent in the digital age, and technology as a driver of institutional change rather than a tool. Its working definition, set out in the seminar “Infrastructuring” Digital Sovereignty? with Francesca Musiani of the CNRS, is that states reaffirm their authority over the internet to protect their citizens, institutions and businesses.

Three threads of that work carry straight into ours. In the literature the citizen is the protected party and never the actor; One Coalescent makes the citizen the sovereign who acts. Musiani’s argument that sovereignty is enacted by building infrastructure, not declared through law alone, is our fourth article: own the machines. And where Gulyás and Shahin ask, in their 2023 analysis of EU, US and ASEAN strategies, whether we have entered an age of digital interdependence, our answer is that interdependence without citizen-level rights is dependence. The Chair’s events were funded in part by Microsoft; that is the state-and-platform conversation about sovereignty, and the citizen’s side of it is unoccupied. No partnership or endorsement by the School is implied.

The rights themselves are already law. A copy of everything held on you within one month in the United Kingdom and the European Union, within 45 days in California, within 15 in Brazil, within 30 in Canada and Australia; with the right to correct it, to take it back, and in most places to have it erased. The work of legislation is done. The work of enforcement has not begun.

And we claim digital incorporation. One Coalescent is incorporated on the internet, by the act of proclaiming this document and publishing it here. That is where it exists, where its register is kept and where its obligations are owed. Companies in physical jurisdictions are the hands it uses to sign, to pay and to stand in court; they are not where it lives.

Part II

Global Citizenship at onecoalescent.app

onecoalescent.app/citizens is where a person arrives, creates a profile, and claims a digital citizenship. Four steps turn a user into a citizen.

1 · Passport
Their name, as they sign their letters, and where they live, because their rights come from the law of the place they live, not the place the company is. Citizenship is verified humanity: a person, never a bot, an AI or a company.
2 · Rights
Country by country: the statute, each right it grants, the company’s deadline, and the regulator who hears complaints. Six jurisdictions on 31 October 2026, more as each is verified.
3 · Claim
A formal access request written under the citizen’s law, asking what is held, where it came from, who it went to, how long it is kept, and whether it has trained an artificial intelligence. Copy, sign, send.
4 · Clock
Every request sent counts down the legal deadline. When a company is late, the entry turns red and names the regulator to write to. As the citizenry grows, requests are organised so that companies must answer them as a class.

Citizenship is global because the internet is. It is free at the door, and a citizen’s badge is meant to travel: a public page that proves it, a crest for the profiles they already keep, and in time a credential any site can check. The films teach, and teaching is the marketing; the citizenship is the membership; e1-4 is where members talk; Earth 1 is where they study.

Part III

Moses: The Constitution

Named for Robert Moses, who rebuilt New York not by asking the law’s permission but by creating the authorities that could act. Our authority comes from the internet, the place where people’s lives now live. We claim it, and write the rules for how it is used on citizens’ behalf. Not a VPN, not hiding: enforcement.

  1. Sovereignty. Everything a person has online is theirs. They have the right to know where it is, to see it, to correct it, to take it back and to have it erased.
  2. Enforcement, not concealment. We do not hide people. We use the rights the law already wrote, and when a company is late or something is taken, we go to the regulator, the law and our own software, in that order.
  3. Never the broker. We never sell a citizen’s data, read what companies return to them, or keep what they type on our pages.
  4. Own the machines. Our software runs on machines we control, in code we wrote. No third party sits between a citizen and their data through us.
  5. Facts dated and checkable. Every right, deadline and regulator we name is cited to its statute as it stood on a stated date.
  6. Collective standing. One citizen asking is a request; a citizenry asking is a standard. We organise requests so that companies must build for them.
  7. A citizen is a person. Citizenship is verified humanity. No artificial intelligence, bot or company holds it, and our software serves citizens without ever impersonating one.
  8. The first digitally incorporated company. One Coalescent declares that its authority and its obligations derive from the digital infrastructure it serves, under this constitution, and that it registers in physical jurisdictions only as the vehicle that lets it act there.

What the eighth article means. Digital incorporation means the company is constituted by this document and lives where it is published. Its birth is the proclamation; its register is this text, the constitution and the certificate of digital incorporation, all public here; its seat is the machines it owns; its citizens are its constituency. Robert Moses built authorities the law recognised and used them as vehicles; we do the same, the other way round: the body is digital, the vehicles are physical. One Coalescent keeps registered companies in the United Kingdom and the United States for the acts the physical law reserves to them, and for nothing else.

Part IV

The Robespierre–Rousseau Principia

Vive l’Impossible. How the company works when the road is blocked.

Robespierre and Rousseau together: the brutality of the guillotine joined to the cunning of the social contract, which gives a keen scepticism in discernment. The policy has five rules, and it is invoked by its name whenever a roadblock appears.

Off with its head
If a thing does not serve us, or a cheaper, quicker, more efficient alternative exists, it is cut.
Burn the boats
Progress within the constraints we have, victory or death. A billing limit, a missing tool or a closed door is a route to find, not a reason to stop. A film already published is finished; we never go back to fix it, only forward with the lesson.
To live is to try
We always try, whether or not we can; in the try we surpass the can, because trying opens pathways and modes of thought that lead to invention.
Juice the orange
Yield the most possible from the least cost in time, money and health. This applies to technology as to everything else.
Our own creation
What we need, we make. Our documents live on our sites, our code runs on our machines, our model is our own.

Part V

The Intelligence: da Vinci, Cosine, Machina eX

The goal is not a smarter machine. It is smarter people. We call that HI, Human Intelligence: artificial intelligence used to make humans superintelligent, in a loop where the human makes the machine sharper and the machine makes the human sharper. We call the loop RSIFL, the Recursive Self-Improvement Feedback Loop.

da Vinci
Our own model. Not many models but one: continuous, adaptive, recursively self-improving, one constant. Trained on a small amount of exceptionally good data rather than a large amount of average data; built so that it does not discriminate, and ideally does the inverse. No third-party AI API sits under any One Coalescent product. Watch it train.
Cosine
The lab and the kernel. Cosine trains da Vinci: pre-training, post-training, recursive self-improvement. It builds causal AI after Judea Pearl, John Searle and Elias Bareinboim. The training curve.
Machina eX
The machine that runs da Vinci: the engine, compiled to run in a visitor’s own browser as well as on our servers, with its timings shown. Intellectus Machinae ex Summa: machine intelligence from the sum. The console.
ARI
Artificial Random Intelligence. Our term for intelligence that draws its power from randomness rather than scale: as the number of models grows, the usefulness of each becomes more random, so that an older model can beat a newer one. More data is not better data.
SSI
Super Stochastic Intelligence. Our term for the stage beyond ARI: a model trained for ideas and for causal spatiotemporal awareness, a dynamic of interpreting language and objects in space and time, which we call an empirical deontology.
CSRI
Causal Stochastic Random Intelligence, the frame in which da Vinci is developed: causal structure first, stochastic method, randomness understood rather than fought. Its short form is CSI.

The lineage da Vinci is trained toward: Wittgenstein, Frege and Russell; logical positivism; Pearl, Searle and Bareinboim; Bender, Gebru and colleagues on the dangers of stochastic parrots; Amodei’s Machines of Loving Grace; Thompson’s Reflections on Trusting Trust; Jobs; and our own Sigma ergo sum. The security product, the AI Trust Proxy, is where this meets the law: what its rules catch across installations that choose to share becomes the curated training data for a model that catches what rules cannot describe.

Compute. da Vinci has so far been trained on Kaggle and on our own Hetzner machine. For the runs that need real accelerators the plan is CoreWeave, the GPU cloud: on its published rate card of August 2026 an eight-GPU HGX H100 node is $6.16 per GPU-hour, sold as whole nodes on demand, with reserved capacity by contract. A single overnight run of eight hours on one node is therefore about $400. The account, the contract and the budget are decisions not yet taken; the figures are quoted for planning and will be checked against CoreWeave directly before any commitment.

Part VI

Earth 1 and Earth Life-Forms

One name, six products. The hub is onecoalescent.app; earth1.co carries the school, e1-4.com the life-forms.

The e1-4 mark: the psi and the pi in silver beads.

The e1-4 mark: the psi and the pi, in silver beads. It belongs to e1-4 and e1-5 alone and never shares a lockup with the One Coalescent crest; each mark keeps its own box.

Earth 1 · earth1.co
A school of thought: physics, mathematics, philosophy, simulations, films and a newsletter. It argues, and has no social features. Its motto is Descartes’s Cogito, ergo sum. Its horizon is an Occam’s razor geodesic between today’s theoretical physics and a future spacefaring civilisation: make the genius of today concrete in software so that the people with the hardware have more reach; understand the universe before traversing it. earth1.co
The research Earth 1 follows
CERN; the journal Nature; the Clay Mathematics Institute and its Millennium Prize Problems; the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton; the Simons Foundation; and Terence Tao’s SAIR Foundation. These are the institutions whose work we read, teach from and point our citizens toward. No partnership or endorsement by any of them is implied.
Earth Life-Forms
What the citizens are, and the name under which e1-4 and e1-5 are made: the life-forms of Earth, each with a voice. e1-4 is short for it. The silver bead marks of e1-4 and the Hive are Earth Life-Forms’ marks, and live on e1-4.com.
e1-4 · e1-4.com
A social network used by voice alone: no visible words, only beads, sigils and sound. Each citizen’s Voice Stream is one continuous recording, pausable and resumable, animated as metallic beads; da Vinci transcribes, translates and draws. Its motto is Dum vivimus, vivamus: while we live, let us live. Its mark lives on e1-4.com.
e1-5 · the Hive
Inside e1-4, the vessel for the coalition: where citizens talk to citizens, call one another, and where da Vinci explains in plain language the data companies return to them. The critical mass of minds, a hive consciousness, that no single laboratory can be.

Part VII

The Other Side of the Law: Security

The citizen’s rights and the company’s duty are one thing seen from two sides, and we serve both so that neither is a promise without a mechanism.

For businesses, One Coalescent Security: hacking prevention and defence for small and medium-sized companies, with our own three sites as a live training range. Its product is the AI Trust Proxy, a self-hosted server in C++ between a company’s software and any AI model. Every call is checked on the way in for injected instructions, on the way out for keys, card numbers and personal data, and against a written policy of which models and tools the software may use; every call is logged, and the same input always gets the same verdict. On the build of 31 October 2026 it blocked fifty of fifty known attacks, passed fifty of fifty ordinary requests, and scanned a twelve-kilobyte prompt in twenty-four milliseconds on one core. Businesses pay; citizenship is free. One rule holds the brand together: we never sell a citizen’s data.

Part VIII

The Founder

Zachariah Roydel Robertson founded One Coalescent and is its sole founder. He grew up across the Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, Thailand and the United States, and was educated at Hargrave Military Academy, Virginia Tech, Columbia University, Tulane Law School and the University of Chicago Law School. Before One Coalescent he built Sokaizen, WikiWord, sixthforms.uk and Wordixon. He describes himself as an accidental autodidact, signs as the Founder Fool, and holds that to live is to try.

Part IX

What We Will Not Do

We will not sell a citizen’s data. We will not read what companies return to them. We will not keep what they type on our pages. We will not let software hold a citizenship or speak as a citizen. We will not call a right a right until we have read the statute that grants it, and we will date every such claim so that anyone can check it. We will not hide anyone: we enforce.

Proclaimed at Ashford, Kent, on the thirty-first day of October, 2026.
